Who we are

Move Summit 2026 is organised by the Trainers' Association. We process personal data to handle applications sent through this site and to communicate about the summit. Contact: info@movesummit.ge.

What data we collect

The name, company, position (optional), phone number and email you enter in the registration form, and the purpose you choose (delegate or sponsorship/partnership). The page address and browser name (user agent) are stored automatically.

How we use it

To review your application, contact you and organise the summit: confirming participation and sending the information you need. We do not sell the data or pass it to third parties for advertising.

Where it is stored

Data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore). Only the summit organising team has access.

How long we keep it

We keep the data for as long as it is needed to organise the summit and delete it afterwards if there is no further need.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent. Write to info@movesummit.ge and we will reply.
